If America takes the lead in this one I perceive there should be plenty of government contracts jobs filling up the cavities with some kind of environmentally safe substance. Undoubedly small chiildren will risk untold injury if these giant holes are not filled. At the very least, properly labeling should be regulated, starting with " hot" or "not hot".
